The hotel had some room issues like tired looks, dirty bathroom, and no hot water, but my room was the right size for me. The service was lacking, with difficulties getting hold of anyone. Despite being close to the Pleasure Beach, the location was far from the city center. The dining experience was disappointing with cold food, but at least it was near parking. Overall, not ideal for a stay.

I regret ever staying at this hotel. The rooms were filthy, with dirty toilet paper on the ceiling and a bathroom that was not clean. There was no hot water, no shower head, and it was a nightmare. Found items in the corridor left by other guests and cleaners, making it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I needed a place close to the train station and Pleasure Beach for a solo trip with my kids. The hotel location was good, close to Pleasure Beach and a nice pub, but quite far from the city center and main attractions. The rooms were basic with some issues like no wardrobe or heating. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming with limited breakfast options.
